Adrestia features an inspired California menu that is shaped by local and seasonal ingredients, Japanese and broader Asian cuisines, and the Valley’s warm climate.
The Adrestia kitchen is led by Chef Paul Rohadfox, a New York native who brings his Culinary Institute of America experience to the team. He approaches the Adrestia menu by tapping into his Marine Corps values of Honor, Courage and Commitment and by "knowing when to keep it simple and knowing when to be complex."
